I have been learning about nutrition and here are some facts about nutrition.

It is important for children to eat healthy because children can constantly grow. Good nutrition can lead to healthy bones and muscles.Some people may eat healthy veges and fruits and some may eat less meat and some people may just eat healthy food, but others do not.Nutrition is the process of how people get the food in them that is needed to grow strong and healthy. There are many healthy foods to eat in order to receive the vitamins and minerals needed.
